Collision fatality in Scarborough

On Saturday evening, May 30, 2025, a 65-year-old man was killed in a collision in Scarborough.

The collision occurred in the area of Eglinton Avenue East and Torrance Road just before 10:00 pm. According to reports, a 41-year-old man was driving eastbound on Eglinton Avenue East when it struck the 65-year-old pedestrian in the centre lane as he was attempting to cross the street mid-block.
