Attention – Recall of Ready-to-Eat Products sold at Costco

Costco is recalling the Ceasar Salad and Chicken Sandwich supplied by Ventura Foods.

The recalled lunches item codes are #19927 and #11444 with printed sell-by dated ranging from October 17, 2025 to November 9, 2025.

The salad dressing used in both items may contain plastic pieces, posing a serious risk to consumers.

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency warned to not use, sell, serve or distribute the product.

The recalled items were sold at Costco in the ready-to-eat sections of the store.

Consumers should not consume this product. Consumers can report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product by filling out a consumer product incident report form.
